HOCKEY INDIA

They play a lot of Hockey in India! The brief from production company Hello Robot was to create a track combining contemporary sounds with the driving force of a large group of Mumbai’s best Dhol drummers.

AUDI LAND OF QUATTRO

KLANG teamed up with long time friend and director Yanni Kronenburg (Aloha Films) and Holler to bring the Audi Brand Campaign for Quattro to life. Featuring KLANG sound design, mix and additional music, the tvc’s lead off an amazing digital campaign experience.

ESPN ID’S WIN WORLD GOLD PROMAX

KLANG earlier this year teamed up with the folk at the Stadium to produce a series of 6 x 60 sec ID’s for ESPN Australia and New Zealand, focusing on those wonderful singular moments in sport that can change everything. The ‘Moment Owned’ campaign has just picked up a World Gold in Los Angeles at this years Promax Awards. Big congrats to Rob Rosenburg and the rest of the Stadium crew.

KLANG TRACK FOR US LAUNCH OF NEW VW GOLF

We’ve teamed up with Spinifex Group (Australia and NYC) again to write a track for the launch of the new VW Golf to the US market.  The track accompanied a 3D projection mapped environment, which represented the life and times of the golf over the last 29 years – with little nods in the music / sounds to each period.

UNITECH (INDIA) SPOT BY HELLO ROBOT

We’ve had a lot of fun creating this fairly minimal beats-y score to a new spot directed by long time KLANG friend, Ryan Hope (London).  Created for Unitech India, the spot was produced by Hello Robot.

KLANG BOUGHT A JEEP

KLANG has teamed up with director Owen Trevor of Rabbit Content to create the sound design for three new spots in the ongoing “I Bought A Jeep” campaign by Cummins Ross, Melbourne.

WILD TURKEY… BIRD UP

Wild Turkey have commissioned a new campaign by AJF Partnership, directed by Owen Trevor (Luscious International). It explores (with tongue firmly in cheek) moments in history when gentlemen “Bird Up!”  Check out the voice over artist… for all Top Gun fans out there, yes, it really is James Tolkin.  The music features 80′s vox mastery by Byrdon Stace and tonnes of hair rockin guitars by the Klang Gentlemen.  The guitar tapping solo never made it, but that doesn’t mean we didn’t play it!

Windows 8 Launch

Working with Jungle Boys, KLANG has created the music and soundtrack for a tvc and internet campaign used to launch the brand new version 8 of Microsoft Windows.  Directed by Leigh Richards and with agency creative by Ensemble, KLANG produced 4 different versions of their track for the 8 spots featuring Australian leaders interacting with the new technology.
